Steve Flamstead
Pretty pristine, poached strawberries character with hints of celery and savoury. The second time round watermelon. The Pinot Noir makes a lovely Rosé and this wine is a really good example. Medium weight. Alcohol in check. Good acidity. Good balance.

Lovely nose of cherry. Fruity with light texture and light fruit acidity on the finish. Fresh. An excellent summer wine especially with cold dishes. Here the food is complementary to the wine. It brings out the soft fruits in the wine and it is a good match.

Pale red. Strawberries and cream nose. Delicate and elegant with a savoury finish. Nice combination with the food.

A very pale pink. The nose has a light cherry character. The palate is savoury and crisp. It’s pretty good and pleasant with the pork as well.

Pale with little intensity on the nose but a lovely dry, savoury palate. That lack of sweetness is a plus on the palate. The flavour is enhanced and balanced with food.
